The Instagram app has everything, from contacting friends to scrolling through an infinite feed of Photos and Reels. However, it is a significant time sink for me, so I chose to uninstall it. How to Connect Facebook Messenger to Instagram
In the Accounts Center of the Facebook or Instagram apps, you can link your accounts. The methods are much the same, and the settings can be found quickly in any of the apps. I’d connect the Instagram account with Facebook Messenger for this article, but you shouldn’t have any troubles if you utilize Instagram.
1: On your phone, launch the Facebook Messenger app and tap the avatar in the top left corner to access the app settings. Account settings can be found by scrolling below.

2: Scroll down to Accounts Center on the Account Settings page. To continue, tap Set up Accounts Center.

3: It will take you to a log-in screen, where you will be asked to input your Instagram credentials in order to authenticate and link your account to Facebook Messenger. To continue, enter your username and password.

4: Tap Yes, Finish Setup, and then press Continue.

Your Instagram and Facebook accounts are now linked. You can easily locate your Instagram pals in the Messenger app by typing their names into the search field. To separate the contact from Facebook contacts, the description states “Instagram.”
When you send a message from Facebook Messenger to Instagram, it appears in the Instagram app as a normal chat. To separate it from other Instagram chats, it would be labeled Facebook.
